I joined the faculty of the Computer Science Department at Colorado State University in the fall of 2001. Prior to that (Fall 1997 to Winter 2001) I was an Assistant Professor in the Computer and Information Science at University of Michigan-Dearborn. I received the PhD. degree in Information Technology from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA in 1997. My undergraduate degree is B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering, which I received from Bengal Engineering College, India, in 1984. Bengal Engineering College (or B.E. College as it is more widely known as) is the second oldest engineering college in India. Recently it has been converted to a university and is now known as the Bengal Science and Engineering University. I received M.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from Jadavpur University, also in India, in 1991. |
