Title: Automated Reaction Mapping: Algorithms and Applications Abstract: This talk describes Automated Reaction Mapping, a fundamental and computationally difficult graph-theoretic problem arising in cheminformatics. We outline an algorithmic strategy based on graph isomorphism to solve the problem and briefly discuss its application to chemical kinetics. We also propose the related idea of a social network of isomers and discuss challenges in computing and analyzing such a network.
