Bio Sketch

Joe Silverman is Professor of Mathematics at Brown University. His
research interests are in number theory, elliptic curves, arithmetic
and Diophantine geometry, number theoretic aspects of dynamical
systems, cryptography. He is one of the founders of NTRU Cryptosystems
Inc., which develops crypto solutions for embedded devices. NTRU is
one of the few public key crypto algorithms that is resistant against
quantum computers.
