This Technical Report has been written entirely within Maple 6.0 and it is distributed in three formats:
Running the actual Maple code is by far the richest way to explore the 3D geometry involved. Second best, the HTML includes animated 3D plots that give some feel for the geometry. Lastly, the PDF form has nicely formatted mathematics but the plots convey little of the original 3D information.
