Congratulations on being selected to participate in the Computer Science Summer Workshop. Enclosed please find a map that displays the drop off and pick up locations for each week day of the Workshop. The Workshop starts at 8:30 a.m. and finishes at 12:30 p.m. each day from June 18^th through June 29^th. Your parents are invited to attend the orientation with you from 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. on June 18^th. Please remember that parents are responsible for providing transportation to and from the Workshop.

Please note that there are two forms enclosed. Please fill out both forms and return them in the envelope provided by June 14^th. The completion of these forms is a requirement for participation because the Workshop is funded by the Colorado Institute of Technology (CIT). Thank you for taking the time to complete the forms.

• A pencil or pen
• Notebook of some type

Drop Off:

From College Ave. turn West on Laurel Street. At the first light (Howes Street) turn South into the University. Follow the CSU Oval around to the right. The second building on the West is the Weber building. We are meeting in the Presentation room 202.

Pick Up:

From College Ave. turn West on Laurel Street. At the first light (Howes Street) turn North. Go to the stop sign and turn left (West) then make another immediate left into the parking lot for the University Services Building. Pick up your child at the main entrance in the downstairs lobby of the building.

Note to Parents:

If you are attending the Orientation on June 18^th, you can park in the metered parking in the Lory Student Center Lot. Go to the second stop light on Laurel which is Meldrum and turn left into the parking lot. The Weber building will be to the East of this parking lot.
