• Chapter 18. Here is a gzipped tar file of the latex source for these answers, and dot files for drawing the graphs. Untar it (tar zxf chapter18.tar.gz) then do make ps to see the finished product using the Makefile included in the tar file. Read the Makefile and the *.dot o see how to use dot.
