As a graduate student with numerous reponsibilities, it is easy
to forget to keep your committee informed of your progress. You form
your committee early in the process so that they are available to help
you. To help you remember to consult your committee, I would like you
to give me a signed copy of this. I also expect you to discuss this
with your advisor.

Colorado State University, Fort Collins, CO 80523-1873.
My Commitment to My Graduate Committee
I will
- organize and hold a meeting with all members of my committee at
least once a semester and will summarize my activity since the last
meeting;
- provide a complete draft of my thesis or dissertation to all
members of my committee at least
one month before I schedule my defense;
- organize and hold at least one meeting with all members of my
committee after I have presented them with the complete draft.
I understand that if I fail to meet any of these commitments, then Dr.
Anderson may choose to be removed from my committee.
