Plotting with matplotlib

In this lab we will plot the GC content of along the genome of the Haemophilus influenzae virus. You can download the sequence of H. influenzae from genbank. Use matplotlib to generate a plot of GC and AT content along the genome. Each point should represent the average GC or AT content in a window of 20000 nucleotides centered around a given position in the genome. How would you explain what you're seeing?
