Still have to do the piano man
They are all SIX feet tall!
They are all based on my brother's metal structure hanging in his living room.
These men are my version, enlarged to six feet tall, made from
plywood and wood (3/4" (drummer) and 1/4" thick),
drawn by hand from a digital printout of Johnny's sculpture,
carved out with a jigsaw (breaking 2 blades and bending one in the process),
slightly sanded to smooth the edges,
spray-painted black,
and intending to paint the back wall a maroon color,
'hang" my men about 3 inches from the wall with track lights from the ceiling causing a shadow effect,
and velvet-red curtains (if I can ever afford 'em) on either side and atop coming out in a
slight semi-circle,
AND THEN, build a 4" high black semi-circle stage
