Course Project

Purpose

The purpose of the class projects is to show your combined knowledge of using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and to further your exposure to the web.

There are three class projects - you can see the due dates on the schedule tab and in the calendar on RamCT. Each class project is worth 50 points, so the combination of all the projects is worth 15% of your grade.

Late periods for class projects

Since class projects are available for over a week, excused absences will have no effect on the due dates. There will be one late period for each of the projects lasting 7 days. This late period will carry a 50% reduction in the maximum score possible. After that time, the class projects cannot be made up.

Project descriptions

As the class projects are assigned, they will become visible below.

Project 1 of your class project is designed to have you bring together the skills within Word that you have learned in the Lab Units associated with Word.
