I am pretty busy so meeting up might be limited.

Tasks? What are these tasks you speak of? Tasks I speak of are the parts of the programming assignment each partner is expected to do. Each person's part should be done early.

Play video games and party.

Very direct.
Question 7: Describe the characteristics of a good partner.
A good partner is able to work promptly, on their own, and communicate any issues that arise(ask for help).
Question 8: Describe the characteristics of a bad partner.
A bad partner is slow complete his/her task, unable to work alone and is unwilling to ask for help if he/she is stuck. I'm not trying to carry anyone through these assignments.
