Question 6: Describe your communication style.

I'm going to take the lead if either you don't want it, or don't know how to lead. Like I said I know I'm a pretty strong leader and part of that strength comes from knowing how to work with other people. Generally, I'm assertive with my ideas but very willing to listen and explain as long as you are willing to do the same. The other part of knowing how to lead is knowing how to follow. So if you are a stronger leader by all means lead on.

On one extreme they would be extremely lazy, expect me to do all the work and do not follow through on commitments. Anyone who won't treat me as a full and equal team member would be a bad partner for me.
