Question 1: What is my goal for programming assignments?
To get them written properly, working, and submitted well in advance of the deadline.

Breaking the problem down and understanding it before writing solutions to avoid "thrashing" and messy, unreadable code, offering help when I'm able, open communication, and debugging.
Question 3: What are my weaknesses?
I work full days on Fridays, so I lose almost the whole day for programming assignments.

Good communication, willing to divide up the work but also work on portions together, asks for help when needed, willing to provide help when able.
