Uhhh... Poor and not outgoing. I tend to be quiet and occasionally make bad jokes.
In terms of digital communication, I'll try to be prompt with responding to e-mails and/or texts.

Able to share the workload and help decide on how to integrate our parts together

Doesn't particularly help with much; makes integrating parts difficult by not coordinating things
