These notes follow a Wiki style in so much as the goal is not individualized comments but a single coherent note providing additional background on the topic discussed in class with the above slide.

When new entries are submitted I get an email. Thus, it is fine to be anonymous in the note itself, but realize all additions are tied to individuals. (Ross Beveridge 8/28/2012)
