Assignments

Discussion Assignments

Discussion assignments require the student to post an answer or an opinion on a question or statement. Later the student must respond to the answer or opinion of at least one of the students in his discussion group. All students are assigned to different private discussion groups of about five students each. This means that no student becomes overwhelmed by all the discussion board traffic.

Homework Assignments

There are a number of homework assignments. Each homework requires a written report, which must be submitted via the RamCT Assignment Submission page for the course. These submissions will be in pdf or word format.

Database technology - especially relational algebra - contains many special symbols. You should find a font that has these symbols embedded in them and use them. Pictures of handwritten assignments does not qualify as a pdf doc.

Lab Assignments

There are a number of programming assignments. Deliverables for these programming assignments will be defined in the assignment itself. These programs, reports, and related items will be submitted via the RamCT Assignment Submission page for the course.
