RamCT Quizzes/Assessments

If you click on Assessments in the left frame of the RamCT window, you'll see a list of simple quizzes, along with the dates they are open. The first three quizzes are a basic review of prerequisites. Other quizzes will be opened to help you learn definitions, basic concepts, and how to work certain problems. The questions may be true/false, multiple-choice, matching, or short-answer. The questions may differ each time you take a quiz. You may think of these as being similar to in-class quizzes or drills.

You may take these quizzes as many times as you wish, and the time for each is unlimited. The highest grade for any of your attempts is the grade shown on the grade book for the given quiz. However, you should note that these quizzes may have a closing date.

Midterm Examination

Dates: 1 through 12 March 2013
    Chapters 1, 2, 3, first part of 4 (through Section 4.4, page 330).
    Available in separate, timed, one-time-only, quizzes on RamCT.
    Proctoring not required.

Final Examination

Dates: 3 through 14 May 2013
    Comprehensive -- Chapters 1 through 6, plus appropriate appendices.
    Available in separate, timed, one-time-only, quizzes on RamCT.
    Proctoring not required.
