1. (10 points) Explain the role of measurement in determining the best players in your favorite sport. Describe the problems with commonly used measurement schemes in your sport.
2. (10 points) Consider a web browser client, such as Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari. Suggest some good ways to measure the quality of such a a software system from the user's viewpoint.
