1. Problems

  1. (10 points) List the different (a) product attributes, (b) process attributes, and (c) resource attributes that might be measured by the following:

    The number of faults found in program P during system testing by test team T.
    Be specific and justify each item listed.

  2. (10 points) Your department manager asks you to shorten the time required to produce the next release of your software products without a loss in quality of the delivered product. The next release should include both bug fixes and new features requested by customers. Use the GQM approach to derive relevant questions and identify appropriate measures to determine if you have met your goal. Clearly indicate which measures help to answer each question.
