Foundations of Software Measurement

This discussion assignment asks you to practice concepts related to Measurement Foundations.

Problem Statement. How much must we know about an attribute before it is reasonable to consider measuring it? For instance, do we know enough about (a) "complexity" of a program, and (b) program "performance" to be able to measure them?

Part A (6 points)
