IEEE Xplore: IEEE journals, magazines and conference proceedings
ACM Digital Library: ACM journals, magazines and conference proceedings
ScienceDirect Journals: for example Reliability Engineering & System Safety journal and many others

However when you are off campus, you will be asked to go through a proxy server that will ask for your Student ID (which is different from the social security number). For distance users, check this web page: http://lib.colostate.edu/services/distance . CSU Secure Access SSL VPN can also be accessed with your eID with password.
