Here is a listing of the individual research groups that are part of CS 793 this semester.

Algorithmic Biology: The Algorithmic Biology Lab is lead by Hamid Chitsaz. It meets on Fridays in CSB 425 from 11:30 to 12:30.
Algorithmic Graph Theory: Ross McConnell is holding a seminar this semester on Algorithmic Graph Theory. The seminar will meet on Wednesdays from 1:00 to 2:00PM; location will be posted soon.
Computer Vision: The Computer Vision Group meets from 1 to 2 PM Monday in CSB 210.
The group is jointly led by Ross Beveridge and Bruce Draper.

Distributed Systems & Cloud Computing: This CS793 group is led by Shrideep Pallickara . It meets Fridays in CSB 305 from 10:00-11:00 am. See the Spring 2018 schedule for additional information.
HPC/Accelerators/Languages/Compilation: The Mélange group, led by Sanjay Rajopadhye and Louis-Noël Pouchet meets Wednesdays from 10 to 11 in CSB 305.

Security and Privacy of Cyber Physical Systems: This seminar is being run by Indrakshi Ray and Indrajit Ray and Bruhadeshwar Bezawada. The group will read and discuss papers pertaining to attack prevention, detection, and mitigation in cyber physical systems.
