Discount travel

Get there for less when you call our official travel agency, Conventions in America (CIA) at 1-800-929-4242 and ask for Group #428.  You will receive 5%-10% off the lowest applicable fares on American Airlines and Delta Air Lines, or the lowest fare on any other carrier.  Take an additional 5% off American and Delta if you purchase at least 60 days prior to departure.  Travel between July 10-20, 1999.  Customers of CIA also receive free flight insurance of $100,000.  Avis Rent-A-Car is offering special low conference rates starting at $31.99/day or $108.99/week, with unlimited free mileage.

Accomodations

The GECCO conference will be held at the Omni Rosen Hotel in Orlando.  Special rates for GECCO attendees are: 

                           Singles/doubles: $119 
                           Additional person: $20 
                           Club level: $20 additional (based on availability) 

Reservations can be made directly with the hotel by calling 1-800-THE-OMNI.  Request the group rate for GECCO-99. 

The Omni Rosen requires that all reservations be secured by a deposit equal to one night's room and tax. Credit cards, checks, and money orders are acceptable forms of  deposit funds. 

Secured reservations are due by June 15, 1999, after which all remaining rooms will be released to the Hotel for resale. Reservations after June 15, 1999 will be accepted based on availability at the group rate
