In order to qualify for this program, please provide proof of full-time student status along with an estimated budget of expenses. The deadline for applications is Wednesday, March 31, 1999. At that time applications will be reviewed and decisions about awards will be made by about May 1, 1999. As a condition of acceptance, you will be required to complete and submit an expense report to AAAI, accompanied by original receipts one month after the conference.

Please note that air travel should be based on super saver fares and housing should be based on a shared double room at the Red Roof Inn.  The cost for a double room will be $68.00.  The budget should allocate $34/day for a shared room at the Red Roof Inn.
