The workshop and conference will be held in beautiful Lillehammer, Norway, home of the 1994 winter olympics. The workshop and conference will be in the Radisson SAS Lillehammer Hotel, where we negotiated a single room fee of US $115, including breakfast.

Oslo is the capital of Norway with flights to all major hubs in Europe and direct flights from/to the United States (Newark and Chicago) with Continental Airlines. Lillehammer can easily be reached from the Oslo airport by train. The travel time to Lillehammer is one hour and 45 minutes. Trains for Lillehammer depart from Oslo Airport regularly (at least every hour, 0800-2300). Tickets can be purchased at the train ticket office, inside the arrival area at Oslo Airport. Mastercard and Visa cards are accepted.

Taxis are available outside Lillehammer train station and the trip to Radisson SAS Lillehammer Hotel (address is Turisthotellvegen 6) is three minutes. The hotel is within walking distance, about 800 meters from the train station. However, we recommend a taxi if you have heavy luggage.
