To help with locating me and the BBQ, I will set up a flag in the area where we are meeting that looks like the following:

The flag will be near the grill in as visible a spot as I can find. I'm also considering wearing a fuzzy black top hat for increased visibility. That may or may not happen based on how bold I feel tomorrow.

We will be serving the standard BBQ fare of burgers, hot dogs, and the like. Please come join us for a relaxing afternoon of food and fun with some of your new colleagues and professors before the semester takes off. Carpooling
