To help with locating me and the BBQ, I will set up a flag in the area where we are meeting that looks like the following:

We will be serving the standard BBQ fare of burgers, hot dogs, and
the like. Please come join us for a relaxing afternoon of food and
fun with some of your new colleagues and professors before the
semester takes off. Below is a map of City Park, Pavilion #6 is number 6 on the map (left of the center).
