Fort Collins is both a college town and a rapidly growing mid-size urban center with a population diverse in incomes, cultures and lifestyles. This unique combination creates a real estate market with nearly unlimited housing options ranging across the spectrum of needs. As with any rental situation, the number of people living in an apartment drastically affects the price. In the Fort Collins, single bedroom and studio apartments range from $400-$650/month.
