Bio¶
I’m a PhD student in computer science at Colorado State University. My research involves the development and application of machine learning algorithms for predicting and modeling phenomena related to molecular biology within the bioinformatics lab. Specifically, I am interested in kernel-based learning for predicting and modeling protein-protein interactions and alternative splicing.
