She has threatened him with arrest if he sets foot on the campus. One problem Adams State has is that they are a public institution, so the First Amendment applies. Paradoxically, instead of silencing a critic, President McClure of Adam's State has brought about statewide public attention to his criticisms, her ignorance of the law, and the incompetence of her response.
