Fall Semester Schedule TBA

This review session meets weekly to cover background topics related to bioinformatics such as genetics, machine learning, mathematical foundations or statistics. Some weeks we will watch relevant video lectures from sites such as University of Washington (UWTV), University of California (UCTV), or the Research Channel (RC).

If there is a specific topic, paper or video that you would like to disuss during a review session, please contact me at rogersma@cs.colostate.edu. (For papers and videos, please provide a link if possible.)

As I hear about lectures around campus that relate to bioinformatics, I will include them in this schedule.
