Tribute to Max, 1994 - 2001
Max was a rescue dog who joined our family in September of 1994. At the time he was around four years old. He had been surrendered to an animal shelter in Denver. He lived with us until July 2001, when he died of cancer. He is greatly missed. Here is perhaps my best picture of him taken while hiking back toward Pingree Park.
