The Point-and-Shoot Face Recognition Challenge (PaSC) represents a joint effort by NIST and Colorado State University. On this site there is access to a supporting software package and, as results start to accumulate, a succinct summation of performance results to date.

The data was collected at the University of Notre Dame and instructions for obtaining the data can be found here.
