Brief Bio

I am a Ph.D Candidate in Computer Science at Colorado State University Colorado State University since Fall 2009, and my Ph.D advisor is Sanjay Rajopadhye. I reveived my Master degree in Computer Science from Colorado State University in 2012. My Bachelor degree in Computer Science is finished at Nanjing University of Science and Technology in 2009.

Research Interests

My research interests are parallel algorithms, performance optimizations on parallel architectures and compiler techniques. My researches are based on the Polyhedral Model, which is a mathematical formulism for reasoning about a well defined class of programs. The research group I belong to now is called Melange, which stands for (M)odels, (E)quations, (L)anguages, (A)lgorithms, and (N)ext-Generation-Executables.

Teaching Assistant

I was teaching assistant for CS 475 -- Parallel Programming class in 2010. Parallel programming is critical for making efficient use of the existing parallel architectures, CS 475 teaches the basics for parallel architectures, parallel algorithms, and parallel programming in MPI and OpenMP .
