Title: Funding Opportunities in NSF Secure and Trustworthy Cyberspace (SaTC) and Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) Programs Abstract: Making cyberspace secure and trustworthy is a serious challenge confronting modern society. To date, cyberspace vulnerabilities have exposed organizations and individuals to risks with severe consequences. Achieving a more secure cyberspace requires overcoming significant scientific challenges, while realizing privacy and trust in cyberspace demands a delicate balance of technology with societal and individual values. The SaTC research program seeks fundamentally new principled approaches to protect and defend cyberspace against harmful actions by determined adversaries and to measure their effectiveness. In this talk, Dr. Deborah Shands will introduce funding opportunities in NSF’s Secure and Trustworthy Cyberspace (SaTC) program, as well as the Cyber Physical Systems (CPS) Program.
