Bio Sketch: =========== Moslem Kazemi is a Senior Scientist, Roboticist, and the lead of Robotic Manipulation R&D at Brain Corporation, San Diego. Before joining Brain Corporation he was a Postdoctoral Fellow and then a Project Scientist at the Carnegie Mellon Robotics Institute where he led the development of the DARPA ARM manipulation software. Over the last 15 years, Moslem has been involved in research and development of a number of robotics projects ranging from mobile robots to robotic arms and mobile manipulators. He has conducted and published original research on a wide range of topics in robotics including motion planning, visual servoing, grasping, mobile manipulation, and pile manipulation.
