The department has a wide variety of facilities for general and specialized purposes:
Tutors are available to help students during lab hours.
Students also have off-campus access to systems and both wired and wireless access for laptops within the department.
If you are interested in an undergraduate assistantship as a lab operator or teaching assistant, please talk directly to the instructor. Positions are filled before the start of each semester. Candidates are selected from the outstanding students in previous courses.
All labs are located in the computer science building. Here is a list of our labs, hours, lab phone numbers, and access policies:
CSB120 HP Linux Lab: 24/7 with card access. Available to CSU computer science students and those enrolled in CS courses (excluding CS110).

Interactive/Teaching Labs: Rooms 215, 225, 315, 325. Available BY RESERVATION ONLY (no walk-ins) 24 hours when classes are not using the labs. To reserve these rooms please contact Computer Science Department staff. You must have card access to the elevator to access these rooms after hours.
