Grading Criteria
Your grade is based on the following components:

| Programming assignments | 15% |
| Quizzes (in-class and WebCT) | 10% |
| 2 mid-term exams each worth | 13% |
| A comprehensive final exam | 24% |
The final letter grades for the course are based on your final class average, according to the table below:

For example, if your final class average is 97.8, you are guaranteed to receive a grade of A+ for the class. However, the lower bounds of the grades may be reduced slightly, depending on the overall performance for the course. In this case, a grade of 97.4 might give you a grade of A+ or it might only be an A.
