ICST 2008 Call for Papers
First International Conference on Software Testing,
Verification and Validation

There has been very strong activity in the field of testing and validation research, as reflected in recent years by numerous workshops dealing with testing in different areas. The new IEEE International Conference on Software Testing, Verification, and Validation (ICST) will offer an open forum for software testing, verification and validation research and its transfer to practice. It aims at stimulating scientific research on model-based software testing, domain specific testing, empirical studies of testing techniques, and the technology transfer of research results to software development practices.
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

Conference Location
The conference will be held in beautiful Lillehammer, Norway, home of the 1994 winter Olympics. The conference will be in the Radisson SAS Lillehammer. Lillehammer can easily be reached from the Oslo airport by train in less than 2 hours. Oslo is the capital of Norway with flights to all major hubs in Europe.

A special issue of STVR will be published featuring selected papers from ICST 2008.
